RISK DISCLAIMER

By accepting the terms of this agreement, the student agrees that he/she understands the principles of transactions, as well as acknowledges the risk of complete loss of his/her financial assets when trading with financial knowledge. The use of our education, daily analysis and watchlist, webinars, 1-1 sessions and other services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that Trading Fanatic is not liable for any success or failure of your personal use that is directly or indirectly related to this purchase.
TERMINATION
You are not allowed to share any information from the Trading Fanatic platform - videos, PDF files and links. If found that a member is sharing such information, Trading Fanatic reserves the right for termination immediately. The person will no longer have access to the Platform and Community!
If for any reason, an installment payment fails to be processed, access to the courses and community will be terminated immediately, until the payment is resolved.
REFUND DISCLAIMER
Due to our services and education being a digital service that can easily be copied and saved, we DO NOT allow refunds for any reason. You agree to this policy and accept that we will not process refunds!
